Australian Visa Application Services
Australian High Commission in Sri Lanka is using a company to handle its visa application processing for Sri Lankans and other nationals. This service will have a small service charge which should have been paid by the visa applicant. This kind of visa service cut the visa processing time as the company advice the visa applicant on how to proceed with the applications.
Now after this service introduction there is no need to visit the consular section for most of the visa applications.

The TTS Visa Application Centre will:
- Accept all Australian visa applications processed at the AHC Visa Office (except humanitarian visas).
- Accept all passports requiring an Australian visa label for visas approved in Australia.
- Answer general queries about visa applications for Australia.
- Provide information leaflets and forms on visas for Australia.
- Make appointments if you require a statutory declaration to be signed in relation to local police checking procedures for a visa for Australia or to attend AHC Visa Office.
TTS Service Fee
From 09th February 2009 TTS Service fee is revised to Rs.405/- per application for all visa categories and for "Evidencing" categories the service fee will be Rs 180/- per passport. This can be paid as cash or a bank draft drawn in favour of TT Services Lanka (Private) Limited, payable in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

The Visa Section at AHC is open Monday and Wednesday from 10.00am to 10.30am by appointment only. To make an urgent inquiry about a visa application currently awaiting a decision by this office please:

- Attach the correct Visa Application Charge in the form of a bank draft in Sri Lankan rupees payable to the Australian High Commission.
- Lodge your visa application and accompanying documents at the TTS Visa Application Centre, in person or through your authorized representative or by mail.

Australia Visa Fee Payment Method.
The Visa application Fees are not refundable.
The visa fee payments should be paid by "Bank Draft". The bank drafts should be drawn in favour of ‘Australian High Commission Colombo’, in Sri Lankan rupees and drawn against a Sri Lankan bank. Colombo Office will not accept bank drafts in Australian Dollars and also bank drafts drawn against a non Sri Lankan bank.
